We would like to introduce you to Adaptive Information Systems Inc. (AIS). AIS makes technology accessible to the vision impaired and reading disabled. To ensure quality service, AIS provides over thirty years of expertise while offering the most current adaptive equipment and software on the market.
Adaptive Information Systems Inc. was founded by Rod Maccoux in 1994, located then in Green Bay Wisconsin, and he sold the business to Roger Behm, an employee, in October 2001. The business incorporated in 2006 and its headquarters are located in Janesville, Wisconsin. AIS offers a place where Wisconsin’s vision impaired or reading disabled citizens can go to receive adaptive technology equipment, technical support, and training instead of looking outside Wisconsin for these services and products. The professionals on staff specialize in low vision and blindness products and not only know how to use the products offered, but also use many of these products themselves, in their everyday lives! That’s one big difference between our business and other vendors in and outside of Wisconsin. We not only sell and support adaptive technology, but we depend on it every day to enrich our personal and occupational lives.
